How's the neck?

Probably too soon to say for sure, but so far I like it. I tend to prefer bolt-on maple necks of the classic Fender variety, with satin finish, so I might be out of my depth here. But it plays well. Easy to move up and down the fretboard. A little bit of buzz when strumming hard but nothing too bad; once it gets a proper set-up/truss-rod adjustment, I'll have a better idea. Do appreciate the positioning of the neck, which protrudes outward more, making it very easy to get to those higher notes.

It's a swell little guit.

You mean like this?

Yes, and no.

Yes, when posting originally I thought they were like what is pictured here. But no, because they are different. Instead of six staples per pickup, there are only two long staples per pickup. Maybe Eko-esque.

Gold control plate, knobs, bridge, and string ferrules for a tele. GFS pickups with the switchable plug, which I find intriguing. They're a low output set, but I can purchase different pickups for peanuts and swap 'em. Could be cool.

FYI: Those Lollar P90s have been put in the aforementioned Ephiphone SG, and they make it sing! One of the more sensible upgrades/mods I've had done.

I won't get my mitts on this for around a year or so, but this one is waiting next time I visit my partner's family in Canada. I've a feeling it would suit the PRF vibe:
