Too many bad associations, beginning with "Uncle Mingo" and extending to anyone sharing that unfortunate naming convention.
I think there's something kind of creepy about choosing to be the "uncle" in perpetuity.
I might see a band called "Creepy Uncle" though. At least they're getting it out there.
