For the record, I like everything up to "Undercover" - the bass drum sound on that song is so fucking cool.
i like a couple songs on _undercover_, but not the whole record
however, i quite like _dirty work_. that's the last album i am prepared to defend.
the first single of the new album is great, though it doesn't sound like the rest of the record follows suit. they still have moments, in spite of everything.

if i have occasion to discuss my love of shoes, it has at times piqued people's curiosity. and at times those people have uncovered the records. some people appreciate them for what they are. and some people recoil and look at me like i'm nuts.
