Huh? It's just like round one, only now there are four matchups in each division, for a total of 16 matchups. Pick your favorite from each matchup. You should pick a total of 16 band names.

I believe that "Police Teeth" has a very good chance to win! win! win! this competition. For what it's worth, I have great faith that "Police Teeth" will become the name of a band, album or song at some point.
On the other hand, I am certain that "Wheat Beer" is among the least funny of the derivations of my last name that I have ever heard. I would not see this band "Wheat Beer".
