either of the 2 sloy records steve recorded.

mclusky - the difference between you and me is that i'm not on fire. i initially thought the guitars were too loud. but it's such a clear record, i had to make note of it. excellent job, steve.

the blackened air. i know this has been mentioned several times but it's just a flawless record, sonically.

giddy motors - make it pop

fugazi - in on the kill taker demos (god only knows why they didn't release this)

make believe - shock of being

Superchunk recorded "Come Pick Me Up" at EA. That record sounds really good, in my opinion. That was Jim O'Rourke that engineered that record, right? Other than that, I like these:

1. Don Caballero - American Don
2. .22
3. High on Fire

...and all the other ones, I suppose. There isn't really a record that was recorded there, or engineered by Steve that I think is a turd. They all sound great, and I prefer that sound to the overengineered sound of anything else. Or something like that..... ha!

Joke Zom. :)

I happen to think she's freaky hot. Her play-style is very masculine.

Probably my choice, as well (out of Steve recordings done at Electrical, as opposed to other locations).

It's either that or "Win or Die Tryin'" by Metal Head.
