It should autodial John Zorn and claim to be Mike Patton.

Rictus by Honor Role is another album that should never have been made.

For Respect is obviously the only Don Caballero album worth bothering with.

We could have been spared "Smart Patrol/Mr. DNA"; fuck that marvellous medley.

Leaving sarcasm aside:

Rufus Wainwright is not getting any better.

Joshua Homme is threatening a legacy of album after album, oblivious to the fact that nobody but nobody is interested in Queens of the Stone Age anymore.

So.. is it the even- or odd-order harmonics that are the more pleasant to the ear?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that in the Western 12-tone system it was the odd-order harmonics, the 3rds, 5ths, 7ths, etc. that are considered consonant, and that the evens are considered dissonant with the half-step difference being most dissonant.

About a month ago, I saw that YouTube video where Steve was describing some kind of distortion pedal thing. On the topic of harmonics he said the opposite, that the evens were more pleasing to hear. Now I'm totally confused.

Maybe guess I'd better bone up on my music theory before I start trying to code this thing.

Oh hell yeah. It'll have to have an entire Mike Patton library of screeches and odd gutteral noises.

common practice period consonant intervals include:

* Perfect consonances:
o unisons and octaves
o perfect fourths and perfect fifths
* Imperfect consonances:
o major thirds and minor sixths
o minor thirds and major sixths

Great post debut albums were used as examples. The arguement was summed up perfectly (as usual) by Doc Awk.

This is a fucking moronic idea. Period.

Dear god.
