Last night I was experimenting with CCCB#BA#
CECED#D is cool too.
(I like the descending of the three higher strings. just bar the top three and introduce the bottom three for ear peircing duhtduhtduhtduhtduht every once in a while.)
Also, ostrich tuning is great for drones

B# is enharmonic to C.
Are you referring to B natural? Just B natural, man.

aye (wish I could put a Fonze here)
It doesn't necessarily make musical sense, but it sounds cool. The top three string are where its at, the rest are just noisey filler

Right now my guitar is tuned to this:
(G = low E(in Pitch) string)
G (1.5 tones up not 4.5 down) A D B B E
I found two tunings that I wrote down on a piece of paper, here they are:
E C A C A E
and:
C A A C A E
(C = low E(in Pitch) string)

A few days ago I tuned my E strings down a half-step - the guitar was in standard. Not that creative, but it seems useful if you're already trying to make things sound a little off-tune or evil-circus-like (not in a Juggalo sense, though).

I mostly play bass and I can barley play guitar in standard tuning but there is one I've used. It's not all the weird but I left a guitar like this for months because I didn't feel like changing it back. You put the high E on top, then the low E and everything in normal order on down after that, ADGB. You get this extra, sort of beeping note when you're playing rhythm parts.
It features in a lot of Archers of Loaf's Icky Mettle. Try playing "Wrong" and you'll see.
