I ought to revise my last report. Those clouds look pretty fucking intense.

And there was some heavy shit last night.

on the walk home from work i got absolutely drenched.

my mate is supposed to be playing the glade festival, sounds like it's been at least partially called off for the evening, area is partly underwater, tents drifting about aimlessly in the current, road/rail out etc.

i'm home in fiery jack towers, portcullis up, fuck the rain.

Don't worry. I guess it may be unusual weather for the UK but I've been in Mexico for six weeks now and it's rainy season which means it's very sunny and hot all day and then a huge thunderstorm by evening/night. And these are BIG storms. Honestly the first time I heard the thunder I nearly shit in my pants. I'm used to the flash of lightning follwed by a few seconds before the thunder but this was flash BANG!!! all at once. It must have hit the ground mere metres away from the house. The "road" out front has become a river almost daily.

The clouds are gathering over Newcastle. Weather forecast suggests that we will we getting pissed on heavily from 9pm onwards. This is all well and good but I'm going to watch acrobats - outdoor acrobats - at 9.30. Acrobats!
