Nicca, Belize...

Move to Tacoma.
I will harass your family and do donuts on your lawn.

Move to Ft. Worth, and repeat to yourself every day, "Ornette Coleman was born here." That'll sure help.

I've had it with people judging other people and telling them what to do, whether here in the U.S. or otherwise.

Absolutely fuckin' had it.
I'm getting the impression that Brad is looking for a "live and let live" attitude among the local populace. I'm getting the impression that this is his primary concern. If that's the case, there's Alaska and a bunch of places that aren't Alaska. I'm going to take a reckless guess that anyplace with an active coffee culture is totally shitty for Brad's primary concern.

I think when it comes to the quality of the winter sports, again, there's Alaska and a bunch of places that aren't Alaska. I haven't experienced it first hand, but some good friends that make their living from winter sports, people that have been to five continents for winter sports experiences, call Alaska the best - bar none. I think Brad is very fond of winter sports.

The rock can be had through the internet. Not as good as being on the scene, perhaps, but not the end of the world. No one is going to get the experience of Denali National Park through the internet anytime soon, that's for sure.

And he'll be eating better fish than anyone else, that's for sure.

Alaska.

New York is definitely still in play, then. You ever drink any of the mud out there?

But isn't non-native Alaska all about the creepiest fucking sociopaths who couldn't function, and they had to run away, and the farthest away that they could get was Alaska? That's kinda the impression I got from everything I've ever heard about Alaska from people who have visited or lived there. That, and it's physically pretty.

It's like, yeah, she's a supermodel, but once or twice a year she does this thing where she cuts random people's skin off and makes it into a dress. Sure, that could be a fun place to visit, but do you wanna live there?

Plus if you're far enough north, there's that whole thing with the daytime and nighttime lasting like months at a time. Y'know, making everyone insane? Brad, wherever you move, please don't move anywhere too near the North Pole, cause it's well known to make people all mental and suicidal and shit.

Alaska has the #3 highest suicide rate in the nation. Montana of course being #1.

Isn't that a point in their favor, the willingness to leave people the fuck alone?

What about the northwoods of Wisconsin? If it works for militia types, it would probably also work for people who want to be left alone.

Sort of close to Minneapolis.

Houses are CHEAP, good fish frys, VFW halls, winter sports, kick ass summer recreation, Indian reservations, Korbel Brandy up the wazoo, no statewide smoking ban yet, decent drug trade, farm bred women, etc.

Ft. Worth, much like San Antonio, is far weirder than Austin. Just not as self-consciously so.

And I'll take the Ft Worth Modern over MoMA any day of the week.

i went to elementary and middle school in ft worth, also soviet space camp. i don't know why anyone would move to ft worth, unless you're really into going to stock shows. your kids would get free tickets from school, anyway.

YES.

Please do.

And don't hold back, either.

(Thank you in advance.)
