Chirinuruwowaka (チリヌルヲワカ), is a Japanese rock band formed in 2005 by Yumi Nakashima, known from the band GO!GO!7188.

That Flaming Lips track is my fave from them. It's one of the most "normal" songs they've done in an "alternative/indie rock" context. Love it.
