I’m pretty psyched. One of those necks where you can see what it feels like.

There's a weirdo vox AC50cp head for sale at a local GC for $700. Thinking of trading something in that I don't really use and seeing how I like it. Supposed to be a sort of bridge between an ac30 and a higher gain more modern thing.

My AC30 from the same era has been a good amp for as long as I've had it, and I have a 4x10 cab ready to go that just needs a new input jack soldered on....

I'll head up there after my eye doc appt at 11 this morning and see how it sounds.

I think those things are one of the last hidden great deals on an insanely nice amp. You're going to be stoked.
iirc correctly, one channel is an AC30TB preamp and the other is closer to a marshall 800-ish thing.

Hope it’s there in about 90 minutes when I arrive.
