That was a steal. He could have gotten 3 times that if he had listed it better and taken the time to clean it up a bit and take decent pictures of it. Too bad I didn't see it in time.

Tape machines
on the ATL Craigslist:
Selling 3 analog tape machines:
1 - Studer A80 2" Widebody - fully functional
1 - Studer A80RC 1/2 2 track - functional at 15ips, 30ips needs attention
1 - Studer A810 1/4" 2 track - will not power up
20 reels of mixed used 2" tape (mostly Ampex/Quantegy)
Make offer.

This looks like the gear from Zero Return. If that's the case, then that's the old A80 I used to own, previously owned by Phil Ramone. It was always a terrific-sounding machine, but I can't vouch for the current condition.
