My bandmate got a bolt on bass neck recently and put it on a Fender Modern Player Jazz bass body and I was pleasantly surprised at how good these stacked Jazz Bass pickups sounded! Walnut for sure to help with neck dive, but I'll put a hunk of Invar36 (I have some!) in it if it does
