Like a quarter of the US state of Florida is a Margaritaville. It's insane the extent to which he appealed to alcoholic, white baby boomers. Steve Miller ain't got shit on JB.

Around here I feel like Jimmy Buffett sits somewhere below The Captain and Tenille in the public consciousness. I heard Piano Man playing in a game store a few weeks ago and it felt anachronistic and gross, like smoking inside. I thought, "man, what are YOU doing here?"
