One. MIRep Ltd it seems. Never had any experience with a Yorkville amp, but I've had my eyes open for these too.

To be honest, I think that frustration might drive me to frivolously buying one from the US. The temptation is too great.

Basically, if it says Yorkville, don't buy it. Even though Traynor and Yorkville are basically the same company, by the time they started labeling amps "yorkville", they weren't very good.

Cheers.

Youve got Marshalls out the wazzoo, so much so that people just throw them out on the street, and youre complaining because you can't get a Traynor?

What a world!

PS -- I no longer care what a "skip" is.

Out of curiosity, which of the new amps do you have experience with? What was not good about it/them? Tone, construction, etc? I've been curious to check them out myself, but it probably won't be happening anytime soon...

Since hearing of Mr Food's good fortune, no "wazzoo" that I've passed has escaped casual scrutiny.

Damn you, Mr Food. Damn you to Hull.

I don't have any experience with any of the new Traynor stuff. In te 90s I used a few youkville practice amps and solid state PA heads, all of which were awful.

However, in the early 90s my band had an all tube Traynor PA head, which was AWESOME!

I use a Twin too and a 250watt solid state Marshall bass amp and 1x15

Can I add by way of partial advertisement that if you want to see a Joe amp played loud and sounding good then The Fucking Champs have one now too. Buy one!
