I need evidence of this twin brother. Otherwise it just sounds like you got caught with some dudes balls on your chin and pulled the old 'Identical Twin' routine.

Upon receipt of evidence (birth certs, old family photos etc.) I would highly recommend you try one of Rotten Tanx's ideas.
