'Other' Lords guitarist has just been safely delivered to Leeds, with no unnecessary Pennine detours. Was a smoking evening, A++, would smoke again.

I was late and missed the first couple of Lords songs. But what I did catch was excellent.

Shellac. Fucking. Great.

I've never seen them before. Does Todd always do a monologue about his cow bell and how the "other two" don't know how to "fucken rock out"? The guy is hilarious.

Did you have fun then Christopher?

Hope you rocked hard and sold many records.

Whilst you were busy supporting Shellac I was eating a really bad palak paneer curry and watching crap television.

What a fucking awesome evening.

Lords - congratulations sirs, you laid it on thick, and turned that sausage fest crowd around.

And Shellac were the best I'd seen them for a long time. Totally great.

Ace. Cracking night all round. At points I even succumbed to spasms of Involuntary Air-Guitar Syndrome, and apologise to anyone who had to witness it

I particularly enjoyed the burlesque dancers with the Travis Bean head-dresses and Harmonic Percolator G-strings - nice touch
