I recently got one of these late 70's Guild S-60D guitars for myself. Thanks Michael for making me aware of them.

My S-60D has a couple of SK Guitar Specialties pickups. These pickups sound very, very good.

The drummer in my band described the color scheme as "El Camino," which is a perfect description.

I've never owned a gtr with single-coil pickups before. I feel like Zoot Horn Rollo or something.

'61 Fender Jazzmaster - Sunburst
'63 Fender Jaguar - Sunburst
'65 Fender Jaguar - Olympic White

All 3 are 100% original, I always preffered Jazzmasters to Jaguars until very recently, the Jag does stuff that the Jazzmaster cannot do, it cuts through the mix really well but the can look a bit gay with all that chrome (especially my white one).

Have been looking for a TB-500 for about 9 years, would give both testicles plus large sum of money to get my hands on one.

since originally posting on this forum I got even sadder and more of a loser and took a pic of all my shit. Mainly for the Tb500 geeks among you. Like me.
