Pink tape used to be a pretty good Pro Tip for differentiating your band gear shit from others, but I think a lot of people eventually got that idea.

I picked up using white gaff tape from a former band member and if I can help it that's all I've bought for 20+ years. Also you can use a normal black Sharpie on it instead of trying to find some white/silver/etc color market to stand out.

I ma on the silver duct tape front here. A black sharpie goes very well with it.
