I was in London on tour once, and had a night off. After a thoroughly pleasant night hobnobbing with people MUCH more successful than me in SoHo, I went to catch the bus out to Clapham. At one point, I realized I was the only person on the block who wasn't either eating a hotdog OR talking to the police. It also happened that there was a couple drunkenly and merrily shagging in a phone booth. When I glanced over, she was pulling up her dress as he closed the door.... The look on her face was so beatific as the overhead light flashed on that I was actually kind of moved.

Happy couple, coupling happily.
