the way you're using it reminds of the way a lot of people use the word "sweet", e.g. "that snakes on a plane movie looks sweet."
when used literally i don't mind the word classy. i'd rather use it than the word upscale to describe something in a similar way. upscale? like up? on a scale? wtf?

Crap with a W/F of 4.
I can take it when some old dude from another generation says it. Especially if he's from NYC, Chicago or Boston and he says it *just right*

That's actually pretty badass.
Maybe 2% of the population can pull this off. A small, visible scar from being a boxer 30 years prior adds major cred points.
