please, everybody make a point of "do not feed the trolls". far too many of us, myself included, are way too far off from following this most wise of axioms... there are at least a couple utter-garbage posters that are, in my perception anyway, running amok lately. i'm not asking folks whether they agree or disagree, but i am simply stating my opinion, that TheMadChaosopher, yut, and Marsupialized are all the lowest form of troll and i wish to no end that they would leave this place, this place where all they do is bitch about how *everybody* here is a bunch of uptight assholes, or how much they hate everybody here. FUCKING GO AWAY THEN. they won't, because they're trolls, plain and simple.

so i am not gonna respond to them, or engage them, or make even the faintest attempt at rational discourse, i'm not even gonna say "that's not cool the way you say things like:"

the more folks who do this, ignore them, the more likely it is they'll stop the shitfest. the more responses they get, the less likely they'll tire of it. i already don't think they're even gonna leave. i think they've become the forum's permanent fixture of unending repetition of "you are a fag, i hate you, i hate everybody here".

the reason i didn't mention you (y'know you are clearly a troll) is because you're not about using hate-speech in your trolling. you're much more subtle and intelligent about it. props to you for that, jerky. you still are clearly about pushing buttons to engage people in conversation, which is... y'know... whatever. but it's the fact that you're not all "nigger" this and "fag" that, that's why i didn't include you. i know of some people here that would like to choke you if they could, but i really don't care much either way.

I have contemplated many times joining in on one of the troll's threads, but I have mainly resisted. As you say, it only makes them worse.

I wouldn't suggest that Walter was a troll. The "General Discussion" forum is for General Discussion, whether it be snakes on a plane (heh heh), baseball, jokes, banter, etc. As long as it doesn't offend or annoy, then I don't think it shouldn't really be a problem.

I would appreciate it if someone could confirm that Marsupialized is in fact Themadchaosopher. Either way, I have absolutely no time for racists. I know people that would be extremely offended to read some of their (his) posts. It must also be embarrassing (for most of you) knowing that this person(s) is from your own country.

I wonder how long it will take for them to realise that nobody here finds them funny, nor do they like them in the slightest. I would hold a poll, but as you say, the less attention the better.
