Whom have you used? With which have you had the most success?
All I know about Monster. And that just sounds dumb.

The reason you may only know about Monster is that Monster is the most popular engine for resume-posting / job-hunting out there. I wager it is responsible for more hirings than anything other than word-of-mouth. I am thankfully employed again, but if I were not I would go with the silly green thing from the Super Bowl ads.

I was out of work in 2004. Monster didn't get me a job (personal networking did), but I did get some interviews from that venue. I still get calls once in a while from recruiters; the only way they could know how to contact me is my posted resume. I don't know your particular field Major, so you may have a different experience than I did, but Monster doesn't look dumb from where I stand...
