hi all at EA!
firstly i must ask forgiveness on behalf of this band of dublin upstarts for stealing away rob B with delusions of being a rock star!!!
i was just wondering if steve will be involved with the recording of the follow up to 'for the birds' or will rob take the helm as engineer?
'for the birds' is just stunning,an amazing album that really seems to capture the band for the first time, without all the protools tinkering for tinkering's sake.
any insight to the recording of for the birds?
oh and thank you all for being a bastion of good taste!!!

2Does anyone know why The Frames have cancelled their western U.S. tour? The Frames were supposed to play in Boise ID this week, and now they will not play in Boise ID this week.
The Frames, I hope that you are okay and that all is well.

3i remember when i saw the frames open for calexico a few years ago (i posted about it somewhere here) i stopped rob and talked to him for a few minutes about the band and his tenure at electrical. he was very nice and talkative. informative, blahblahblah. stand-up guy. i don't know why they've cancelled any dates, tho. sorry wiesenheimer.

i believe that they've put out another record already, but it was at least six months ago. it's called 'burn the maps'. rob b. was the engineer and i think that they did all of it over in ireland.
