Anybody know what these guys are up to since Purple On Time? This band fascinates me. They really seem to be mining new territory in Rock.

al just became a dad a few months ago - has a kid in dubuque, ia with my friend melanie. he was saying the band is still continuing making music - fatherhood wasn't changing that.

Adam was playing with his brother in Bird show and Green Grass a bit. They're still working on music, though--it's just taking a while.

The last I saw them was December 2004 here in town, they didn't play anything new.
Yeah, Todd has been playing with Cheer-Accident for a year and a half or so. I saw that version of CA in June. They were mind blowing as always.

Please....we REALLY need them to come do some shows in England. My friend said she would contribute £200 to the cause. I got no money but i can drive!
Tell them!!!! It's really, really important.

God damn it, I JUST DISCOVERED THEM! I'd been vaguely aware of U.S. Maple for years but finally just heard some songs from Long Hair In Three Stages, Sang Phat Editor, and Talker yesterday.
Very good stuff, this! Not crap at all! Sorry it took me so long to get hip to you, U.S. Maple! Please tour and rock some more now to entertain and astonish me in person! Thanks!

They put on quite a show. Al Johnson is a unique vocalist and performer.

I hope they get working on a new album soon, I get giddy like a school girl when they release new stuff.
