Looks like a Marine and plays like one.
Not crap, zero WF. A joy listen to/watch. Every note played with total commitment.
Last night at Battles he played the last song so hard he had to stop playing because he look like he was going to throw-up.

Great drummer. I find his drumming a little stiff and his beats too sparse sometimes, but he's WAY far from crap.

i wish helmet had recorded more with steve.
"in the meantime" is one of the great metal performances in my mind. on that track stainer sounds like he's playing the drums with bigger, louder drums.
