I'm trying to think of a guy.
The only thing I have is he had a record out in the 70s (I think) and the cover was a cartoon drawing of him and some other stuff.
I think he did folky storytelling songs in the vein of Arlo Guthrie (this could be way off), and the name that keeps popping into my head is Leo Sayer (even though it's obviously not him). Also, Boz Scaggs is popping into my head, so maybe his name ends in an "S"?
Fuck. It's just one of those things that's been bugging the crap out of me.
Can anyone help?
