Those are the guitars/drums that the New Brutalism fellas put together. I think they're going to start selling some more.

That would be interesting to see how much they'd sell for in a shop.
As of late, they've been going for $2000-2500. There's a new design coming...likely to be as ugly as the 1st! They're functional, not pretty.
The 2nd drum kit was just built. It sounds hot.
In terms of the Travis Bean thing...we needed to catch your attention. Apparently it worked.

I've always fantasised about a piano made entirely of aluminium - aluminium hammers, aluminium strings, aluminium keys, aluminium frame. I wold love to hear the sustain on that badass.

The strings probably not so much. I wonder if the plate might be a problem, too--usually they're cast iron, and aluminum would be rather softer, I'd think, at least up in the range of forces in the piano. (Per string, guitar's around 15 lbs., or 150-200 lbs. total; piano tension per string at A440 alone is 140 lbs., and I don't offhand know the total tension, but it's a lot.)
On a completely different topic, ABCGD, "Sexy Sixth" is hitting me exactly right this morning. Well done.
