Does anyone make r2r service calls in Chicagoland?

I've got a Tascam ART-60/8. It at least needs to be calibrated and aligned.
Can you recommend someone who makes house calls to the Chicago burbs?

why not learn to do it yourself? you really need to calibrate your machine like every time you use it. how many times do you plan on paying for this?

yer right, i should. but i'm an idiot, and the manual doesn't take you through it. any good book or site that has the process dumbed down?

I have an ATR-60/16 and the manual had the alignment procedure. It's really pretty standard, but you need to start with an MRL test tape for your speed, EQ, etc.
