Being naturally curious, you've managed to accidentally stumble into a top-secret government laboratory.
Mistaking a time machine for a bi-gender private bathroom, you hurtle yourself back in time to 1975.
You're sitting at a table. Placed in front of you is an apple and an orange. A voice explains that if you eat the apple a chain of events will be triggered which will ensure that Fugazi is spared from certain doom.
If you eat the orange, Nirvana will be spared in a very similar way.
If you eat the apple and the orange, both bands will be destroyed and you will have a stomach-ache the next morning.
If you choose to abstain from eating either of the fruits, both bands will be destroyed.
You are fully aware that comparing the two bands is a bit like comparing apples and oranges. This does not negate the fact that you have a very important decision to make.
Which will you save?
Nirvana or Fugazi?
Nirvana or Fugazi
4Aren't both bands more or less done already?
What are we saving them from?
Courtney Love?

I think we're saving them from "miseryandthesun."

6I choose Bright Eyes.
There are crispy fries waiting to come out of your oven: you just have to make them and put them there.

Fugazi will play live concerts for me to enjoy again at some point I am certain of this.

Nirvana or Fugazi
9you could have just said either/or. and you could have picked a better band to put up against fugazi.

WTF? The time machine story was far more entertaining than the regular either/or shit most people do.
And Nirvana vs Fugazi is more of a stylistic discrepancy, not necessarily a qualitative one.
