Most fans hate me for saying this, but I have always hated the chorus for "Is She Weird" by The Pixies....
I don't know why, but the bass line drives me nuts! I love the verses though...
That is all I can think of for now....

I remember remarking to myself about some of Hum's songs. Pretty catchy at the beginning then pretty piss-poor chorus (e.g.: "You'd Perfer an Astronaut).
Sonic Youth: not really the chorus, but I've always thought their "sonic experimentation" really detracted from their songs (e.g: "Silver Rock" or "Total Trash").

Since non-chorus parts have already been mentioned:
I like the Arcade Fire's song "Neighborhood #3 (Power Out)" right up until 2.17, at which point the CHEESIEST FUCKING THING IN THE WORLD comes out of nowhere and keeps happening for 15 seconds -- this horribly bouncy "ba-ba-ba-ba-bump-bump" thing. It SO does not work in the song. And they do it twice more before the song is over, as if jumping up and down on a corpse.
Why did you have to go and ruin an otherwise decent song like that, Arcade Fire? Why?

Not a good song, per se.
But I was subjected to powerfinger's 'day you come' many times. I could tolerate the verses but the chorus was pure shite.
