Sorry to bring up more GW shit that everybody is sick of hearing

It was the first time I've seen a live Bush speech on TV in quite a while.

He seemed quite a bit more confident and less ridiculous than I had remembered him.

This despite the fact that much of his content was questionable at best.

I hope his successor does not share his fervor for the "War against Terrorism."

What were your viewss?

His administration is mounting a big campaign, meant to reinvigorate what support there was for the imperial adventure in Iraq.

His display of confidence is central to the effort.

Upon first glance i thought you were implying Bush had moved to Utah and you had found his home address.

Ho hum. Fuck that lying idiot. I don't give 2 shits what he said.
I wish the gawd he supposedly believes in would return and smite him like the sodom he is.

I thought the same thing. Or that maybe someone disclosed Cheney's undisclosed location.

It's depressing that no matter how bad things get in Iraq, the administration's only response is to change how they talk about it.

Ok, people, as far as I can recall, "to hold an address" is a synonym for "to give a speech," right?

Whatever you want to call it, Bush's talking on TV thing today took place in Utah, in front of a buch of veterans, and was referred to by CNN as the "Utah Address".

On second thought, though, it wouldn't surprise me if he had an address in Utah. He'd be quite at home there with all those zealots.

Rumsfeld's comments the other day were totally insulting, I'm still pissed about the fucking audacity of that man. These people never cease to amaze.

This makes me feel a lot better about it though, "one hell of a commentary" is un understatement.

I can't believe he compared the war in Iraq to the fight against Nazism when most people are more likely to compare the Bush White House the Nazi's.

Did anyone hear the Mayor of SLC's tirade against Bush? Now HE was fired up.
