This seems to be their most heavily disputed album. It's a lot of people's favorite or least favorite.

I think it is the most atmospheric, weird, and overall unique thing they put to tape. I don't know if it's my favorite, but I listen to it the most.

Do You Like Me/Bed for the Scraping - one of the best 1/2 punches to open an album ever.

i have never known anyone not like this album.
i'm going to be a bit cocky here and guess that we won't get a single NOT CRAP. 'steady diet' is normally the disputed album in my experience because of the lousy production and a couple of dud songs. actually i recall a lot of people here bewailed 'the argument' too for similar reasons.

this whole album is flawless in my mind.
picciotto's songs on this record are exemplary.

Overall, I am not a Fugazi fan. I have trouble taking either vocalist seriously. I think they are heavily overrated. Having said that, Red Medicine is 1 out of 2 of their albums that I would say is good. The other being Steady Diet...
The beginning of Red Medicince is excellent and other than "Birthday Pony" the whole album is above average.
I don't know if I would go so far as to say Fugazi was Crap, but I would definitely say that Red Medicine is Not Crap.
Worst Fugazi album is Repeater.

this one's my favorite.

it's what got me off of nine inch nails and nirvana when i was 13.

i think it's their best. i think it's where they got it all right. in on the kill taker is secondd best.

Apparently you don't know any of the people who were interviewed in Instrument

Very NOT CRAP. I think this were Fugazi really hit their stride, continuing with End Hits and The Argument.

aahh i don't know... i find myself listening to them less and less

i could see not picking them up, or at least not as majorly, later down along the line if they weren't such a central part of my early musicial development

but that said i think they have put out a lot of stuff that is solidly, almost indisputedly good which is what makes them such a fun band to talk about

One of their first *really* interesting records.
