hi again everyone. thanks for everyone's help in finding an architect to design the stairs we need to build. now that they are designed we've been told we need to hire a land surveyor to draw up a plat of survey. i've got the contact info for the company that did the original in 1995, but figured i'd see if this is an area of expertise for any of you. thanks again.
