See, I know me pretty well, and if I don't like it, it's not odd at all, to me.

Something that a co-worker does is fake-swear when frustrated. People swear plenty around my work, it's not like she'd get in trouble. So the result is that she sounds like a 10 year old. It's so annoying. If I ever met a girl who did that, it would totally be a dealbreaker.

I try to make it an issue to disagree with as many people as I possibly can.

EDIT: Overly long or dirty fingernails.

Lots of make up
Overly tanned skin
Those stupid pants that look like a skirt (in fashion this year)
Pantyhose
Spikey hair in the back, or hair spray in general
The smell of raspberry flavored lip balm

i love fake swears, "crickets!" or, "biscuits!"

biscuits! haha. total deal breaker. if she can't swear like a sailer from time to time, what is the larger issue? i bet the sex wouldn't be all that good. if she can't belt out a four-letter, maybe she's too prude to get on her knees? i'd rather err on the side of caution.

another thing that comes to mind is a lack of humor.

oh, and excessive gold jewelery.

Making somthing up or re-appropriating a work is fine.

But phrases like "bull poopie", and other childish reinventions of swearing, just make her, or any other adult using them, sound like someone with development issues.

PS, today I think I said, "Cock-smoking, ball-toker, douche-ass fuck!" when Illustrator crashed and I'd lost some work. no one around here cares unless you're in the front office.
