Yes, Seam lives again! Actually, they never really went away but kinda had long periods between playing due to interstate living, etc... They have done a few shows in Chicago and Milwaukee this past year.

Not crap. Reasons include, but are not limited to, their version of "Driving The Dynamite Truck". Also a great band to use when playing "Six Degrees Of Slint".

Yeah - not crap. I loved Bitch Magnet so bloody much that Soo Young Park would get my vote whatever he did. Star Booty and Umber were glued to the t/table here. Well, ok - I didn't get a t/table til last year. But the tapes I made at someone else's house were lodged in the boombox for, like, ever. And my then girlfriend was really into 'em too. Seam was sort of a let down after - but once I got into the change of gear I ended up liking 'em.

I sure like "The problem with me", but nothing else got me like that LP. God I love that record.

Yeah... the problem with me is great... I like "are you driving me crazy" the best. I like "The pace is glacial" a lot. That one really got me through a difficult time in my life.

I only saw them once, at "The Last Show" at Princeton in 2000. Great band. Anyone know if they're ever going to do anything again???

They live in different states doing different things. As started above they did actually do a few shows in the calendar year of 2004.

They also had dinner together the other night.

Just remember...."The pace is glacial".
