Oh wait, I mean a second team. That's right, he never took the Pirates to a World Series. They went to the NLCS three years in a row, and they lost the NLCS three years in a row. And then they became a AAA team who just happens to play all their games in the majors.
Yeah, no, I'm not someone who grew up cheering for the Pittsburgh Pirates and is bitter over the decline and fall of a once-proud franchise into the Arizona Cardinals of baseball or anything, no way.
