I need to replace some power transistors (TO-3's). (I finally found the big ass capacitors in the Mouser catalog. duh).

It looks like the old transistors were Toshiba 2N3773's.

Would anyone recommend a "better" replacement?

These are out of an old BGH 7000 Power Amp (200W/side at 8 ohms, 325 W/ at 4 ohms, 650 W in mono at 8 ohms).
