I've enjoyed their records. If you're just discovering them, I'd suggest Grand Fury and Raw Collection and work out from there.

I'm surprised this hasn't been done!
Ferocious, soulful rock with a lot of attitude and vocals you just don't hear over that kind of music. Definitely start with Grand Fury. It's an apt title.

Oh man...I can't remember what year it was, but they played one of the Alternative Tentacles Halloween shows...they showed up dressed in classic Star Trek uniforms...and blew EVERYONE away. It was crazy. One of the best shows I've been to.

A handful of great songs, but on the whole not really my jam. CRAP.

I listened to a couple of their songs, figuring if the naked pregrant lady liked it, I wouldn't. I found it to be very enjoyable, and would purchase their records. Not Crap.

I was friends with Lisa (the singer) in college. The Bellrays were already playing back then.
She was a kind, great person, and I doubt that has changed.

Lisa's voice is
power. The rest of the music is alright, but the reason I give a shit about the Bellrays is because that voice can burn your face off.
The Bellrays - You're Sorry Now (The Red White & Black version)
Once I listened to this song about nine times in a row.
