I saw it last night here in Chicago. I was hoping for more. There were a few good moments, a few good performances, some funny people that I like apart from being in this movie, but over all I left wanting much more. I know JJ's way of mixing 'less is more' with surrealism often works but I think he has done better work. Mildly amusing.

But on the other hand, two thumbs up for REAL butter on the popcorn! The Music Box is a great place.

Damn you, Mayfair, for seeing this movie in Chicago, and damn you for being able to still go to the Music Box! New Orleans is a 'D' movie town, so we don't get movies until 3 months later. I guess like Tuscon AZ, right, mattw?

We still haven't gotten the Metallica movie.

I love Jarmusch, but for some reason I went into this w/ low expectations...turned out to be great. Alfred Molina vs Steve Coogan, I got my money's worth right there
