once again the second city will be running a 24 hour event to raise money for "letters to santa." each year steve & i deliver gifts and cash to about 12 families on christmas day and second city helps us raise the money to do so.

this year it will run tue dec 12 at 7pm through wed dec 13 at 7pm
on the second city etc stage 1608 n wells in chicago-- 312-337-3992
$10 ticket for the entire event

friends(musicians) will be performing/playing throughout the event to help keep the improvisors awake and there will be lots of raffle prizes and auction items including:
steve will auction off a day in the studio
keyboard used on breeders record signed by kim & kelley deal
jeff tweedy will offer private concert in your home for you and 29 of your friends
the handwritten original copy of all of the lyrics to the new stooges album (autographed by iggy pop.)

i have to tell you that notebook is pretty amazing-
