Well, Paco de Lucia is Spanish folk music. The fact that a lot of Spanish folk is really advanced shouldn't really matter. Besides, neither of these chaps were formally trained musicians, like the Candian guy you linked to, who claims to be inspired by J.S. Bach.
But maybe you wanted to see some "fancy guitar playing in genre's where guitar playing is usually sort of coarse that isn't CRAP". In that case, granted.
