I feel like Knob Creek is an elegant graduation from the more simplistic sweetness of Maker's. Not that I dislike Maker's.

Knob Creek wins.

I agree.

Just ordered a round of shots at the bar over the weekend.

It was perfect.

Knob is one of those drinks that could lead me to alcoholism it's so delicious.

A quick plug for the American whiskey selection at this sinful place which is nice because you can try all sorts of nice brown liquors without blowing a wad on a bottle you don't like.
