I'm bored off my tits. Anyone fancy a drink?
Alternately, can anyone recommend a good place to go for a drink on Saturday Night? Or maybe your mates' band is playing somewhere? Or you just know a really great bar? Maybe a good DJ set?
My offices are on The Strand and my hotel is in Kensington.
I'll get the first and probably the third round.

3Tommy, I would love to come to London to have a drink with you, but it takes about half an hour on the train and costs a tenner and I have way too much work to do this weekend...How long you in the Smoke for?

4Actually I've been in and out of London every week since November!
I've been so busy I haven't given a thought to do anything non-work related. Since I have to work all bloomin' weekend I am forcing myself to go out tonight.
I think I'll trot along to that gig. Looks great!
Thanks a lot.

7Best!
Anyhow, looks like I can get a tube from Whitechapel back to Kensington as late as twenty past midnight.
Everyone think "tommydski not getting raped" thoughts. I know that's hard for some of you.

8I'm playing poker tonight, but would've been up for a drink otherwise. Well, poker is really a drink in someone elses house with cards.
Geez a shout if you're ever out and about and fancy a drink - I'm usually up for one.
Just remember Tommy, even when you're on the underground - bums to the wall. If you drop your tube ticket on the ground then leave it alone. That's all you need to know.

9I'm at loose end this evening and not far from Whitechapel...in fact I'm up for some 'ripping' later, if you are at all interested.
