since the first time i saw him talk on tv, i have wondered where he would peak politically. not in the IL state senate, it seems.

he is an impressive pol, in addition to saying all the right things for me to vote for him.

I saw him speak... it was kind of happenstance that I was there, but he won me over. I'm very liberal. He's very anti-the current right wing government. Vote for him..... NOT CRAP.

Even before the Ryan sex club nonsense, Obama was going to walk into Peter Fitzgerald's U.S. Senate seat.

He is not a politician. He is a leader of people.

I agree he seems like the real deal.

Plus our president mistook his name for that of Osama bin Laden's which again made our president look as dim and ignorant as...well, as he is.

when i first saw his name, a year or so ago, i thought 'obama...someone somewhere is not going to vote for that guy b/c of his name. that will be dumb.'

I agree that Obama would've crushed a scandal-free Ryan, but am I alone in thinking that it isn't much of a scandal? Isn't it completely appropriate to want to fuck Jeri Ryan in public so everyone knows you're the guy fucking her? If I were married to her, I'd at least try to convince her to suck my balls at Daley plaza.

if he wants it i imagine mr. obama will be the first black man to be the democratic nominee for president, probably not until 2012 or so, since he doesn't have a whole lot of national experience yet.

Technically, Mr. Obama has yet to be elected to the fine Senate branch of compassionate US Government.

Which, by the way does nothing to diminish his rising star. It is pretty much a lock that he will win, but if he doesn't the DNC are going to look mildly foolish.
