Not sure if this was already done but I couldn't find it in my searches. Found this sucker at the bookstore one day;later watched it and found it to be much, much better than i anticipated. I am not exactly a big time Pixies fan, but this shit was pretty good. Just so dry. And Kim Deal with her never ending supply of Starbucks. Watching Santiago relearn his solos to their CDs. The drummer having a freaking meltdown. Just good stuff... sad, thought provoking, funny, boring. I like.

I saw it for free and was amused by it. Those are some sad motherfuckers, man. Frank Black has the gall to be filmed without a shirt numerous times in the movie, so don't watch it on a full stomach.

The extra scenes of Daniel Lanois writing/recording the score are really funny.
He thinks he's pretty amazing.

My comment is based on his seemingly endless diatribe about himself -- and a really funny part where he's watching a runback of a scene (in which David Lovering is combing a beach with a metal detector) and geeking out about the music he wrote for it, orchestrating the air with his hands.
He seems harmless, but I probably couldn't stand to be in his company for more than a minute or two.

Finally bought and watched this yesterday.
You can see m'boy and the top of my head at the Fine Line show.
It was enjoyable to watch, but not really what I wanted to see.
Not crap.
Pixies still rule.

The movie fucking sucks, you are all insane. Waste of fucking time.
It's the most sad, boring fucking thing I've watched in a long time. Buncha cowardly skittish boring old fucks (and Kim and Kelly Deal who seem cool, but uncomfortable here) with absolutely nothing to say to each other or anyone else trying to stomach being around each other long enough to make some cash off some shows.
The movie is not done well, it drags and is boring beyond belief. Says nothing, means nothing. Pointless.
Wooo.
