Sooooooo not crap. I just played one of these orange amps recently for the 1st time. I don't recall the model. Single channel, 30 watts, i believe el84 tubes. Just fucking beautiful. One of the nicest sounding amps i've ever played. Tons of low end. Rich, clear & complex tone. Love the simplicity of the controls...i think it was just volume, gain, treble, mid & bass. No switches or presence knobs or any extraneous bullshit. It handled the few overdrive pedals i put in front of it very nicely. Gorgeous piece of gear. I want one so bad. I've started saving for one.

I got a really good deal on an AD30r recently, and its absolutely beautiful.
It even makes my shitty pickups-falling-out strat copy sound good,and i still havn't had the chance to properly crank up the master volume! Both the clean and overdriven sounds are gorgeous.
And its orange!
