I have a lomo 19a18 that is exhibiting a hi frequency buzzing sound that increases with preamp gain. does anyone know where i could take it to get repaired?

are you from europe or usa? the guy i bought 19a9 and 19a19 from ukraine could repair it. I could ask him if you want.
