Why Does The Controlled Media Think They Can Sell Us Rudy Giuliani As A 9/11 Hero?

Because they know that we saw it on TV, so it must be true.
Total votes: 3 (30%)
Because 9/11 is a shining star on Rudy's resume, just like it is for George Bush.
Total votes: 5 (50%)
Because 32% of Americans believe that Rudy will save us from OBL, since they have worked together well in the past.

You might have caught the piece on the news a few days ago- Rudy Giuliani proclaimed himself the biggest terrorist currently running for President ... wait, that's wrong- Rudy boasted that he understands terrorism better than anyone running for President ( good thing Cheney isn't running and Bush is allegedly leaving when his time is up, because they're fucking experts on terrorism after inventing the war on terror in their basement and then living off it for the next six years ):
“What they say in Washington is not going to affect the fact that there are terrorists around the world that are planning to come here and kill us,” he said in Iowa, in the most spirited part of his newly honed stump speech.

Pointing his finger and bouncing up and down on his toes, he declared, “It is something I understand better than anyone else running for president.”

Okay, that sort of mania is to be expected by a guy who believes his press clippings as much as Guiliani, but here's where he goes totally off the rails:
At a house party in New Hampshire, Mr. Giuliani suggested that it was unclear which was farther along, Iran or North Korea, in the development of a nuclear weapons program.

Asked about his policy toward the North Koreans, he said he backed the administration’s approach, mentioning in particular a Chinese role in efforts to pressure them. “I think the strategy has produced enough results so far that you have to stick with it,” he said.

As for Iran, Mr. Giuliani said that “in the long term,” it might be “more dangerous than Iraq.”

He then casually lumped Iran with Al Qaeda. “Their movement has already displayed more aggressive tendencies by coming here and killing us,” he said.

Mr. Giuliani was asked in an interview to clarify that, inasmuch as Iran had no connection to the Sept. 11 attacks. Further, most of its people are Shiites, whereas Al Qaeda is an organization of Sunnis.

“They have a similar objective,” he replied, “in their anger at the modern world.”

Right on, Rudy. Evil burns inside every single Muslim- no need to sort them out. Assemble one giant Transformer Boogie Man out of them all. FEAR! Death outside all our doors! Be suspicious of everyone! Kill first, ask questions later! Let God sort them out... and on and on.

The Giuliani campaign is going to be painful to watch but then very fun to watch when it self destructs, and Rudy starts playing the terror card like he's on meth ( This prediction of Giuliani's collapse is considered null and void if the current tenants of the white house reward him with another attack on US soil, putting terror hype as a campaign issue back in Rudy's wheelhouse. )

Is the Bush administration really that much of a fan of Rudy?

I have to admit, I'll like seeing him running around like Chicken Little when his campaign runs out of gas - instead of "The sky is falling" it'll be "The terrorists are coming!"

Maybe not, but maybe the true coordinators of the war on terror ( military/oil/banking complex/AIPAC ) are fans of Rudy like they're fans of George- because of each's complicity in 9/11, they are both compromised and both completely malleable to whatever agenda the shadow government has planned out for the next 8 years. Not that they wouldn't be fine with Hillary or McCain, too- really, anyone with the ability to raise the money to run and be turned intoa product for TV gets fitted for a leash by the NWO well before New Hampshire's primary.

With Rudy, though, he's got a demonstrated personal enthusiasm for corruption, police states, and synthetic terrorism. He'd take a hands on approach as President, as opposed to the absentee President, Bush, passenger of policy made without his input.

This story just shows how right Orwell was- the administration tries for six years to link Iraq to 9/11, lying over and over, and then now that it is time for us to be at war with eurasia and not eastasia, eurasia becomes the devil. Never mind that Iraq and Iran fought a ten year war, Hussein had no relations with the Ayatollah, and al Qaeda ( patsies/CIA assets )is Saudi/Yemeni sunni- the propagandists think they can flip the script and get traction with a message linking Iran to 9/11. Everything that supports the Iraq=al Qaeda link obliterates the Iran=al Qaeda link, and everything that supports the Iran=al Qaeda link obliterates the Iraq=al Qaeda link. Somehow in their illogical evidence-free world, it makes sense to them, apparently.

BTW, the only link that survives all these reassignments of blame is the suggested link between 9/11 and the global oil cartel. It should be pointed out that when new suspects are trotted out in place of old suspects, it is time to look at who is painting the picture of 9/11 and see what they're trying to hide behind the morphing enemies gallery.

I have to admit, I'll like seeing him running around like Chicken Little when his campaign runs out of gas - instead of "The sky is falling" it'll be "The terrorists are coming!"

Yes, the controlled media will gamble on giving him favorable press to see if they can sell him, but if he doesn't overcome all his dirty laundry and become viable to the public, the controlled media will discard him and then the spurned Rudy will spin out of control.

the washington post wrote:Kerik did not fit the button-down model of the Bush administration. A high school dropout and son of a prostitute apparently killed by her pimp, Kerik became an undercover narcotics detective with ponytail and diamond earrings. He joined Giuliani's 1993 campaign as his driver and was later given top appointments, including corrections commissioner and eventually police commissioner. After office, Giuliani and Kerik became partners in a security consulting firm.

[my note: later in the piece]

Stories began circulating about Kerik's time in Iraq, about an arrest warrant issued when he failed to respond to a civil lawsuit, about his extramarital affair with book publisher Judith Regan, about his trysts in a city apartment meant as a place for police officials to rest near Ground Zero. Ray went public with his allegations about Kerik's gifts from the DiTomasso family. Kerik and the White House tried to ride it out. Giuliani advised Kerik through the political storm.

But then people at the Giuliani firm who were scouring Kerik's finances discovered that he had not paid Social Security taxes for a nanny who apparently was an illegal immigrant, Kerik later said. By Kerik's account, Giuliani told him he had to call the White House, and by the end of the day on Dec. 10, they agreed he had to pull out. Statements were issued after the evening news, and Giuliani came to console his friend.

Disgusting - Kerik gets all this power because he's Giuliani's buddy, and uses the apartment for 9/11 officials as a convenient place to fuck his girlfriend. What a scumbag.

MANCHESTER, N.H. —- Rudy Giuliani said if a Democrat is elected president in 2008, America will be at risk for another terrorist attack on the scale of Sept. 11, 2001.

But if a Republican is elected, he said, especially if it is him, terrorist attacks can be anticipated and stopped.

“If any Republican is elected president —- and I think obviously I would be the best at this —- we will remain on offense and will anticipate what [the terrorists] will do and try to stop them before they do it,” Giuliani said.

NEW YORK—At a well-attended rally in front of his new Ground Zero headquarters Monday, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani officially announced his plan to run for president of 9/11.

"My fellow citizens of 9/11, today I will make you a promise," said Giuliani during his 18-minute announcement speech in front of a charred and torn American flag. "As president of 9/11, I will usher in a bold new 9/11 for all."

If elected, Giuliani would inherit the duties of current 9/11 President George W. Bush, including making grim facial expressions, seeing the world's conflicts in terms of good and evil, and carrying a bullhorn at all state functions.
