sorry to hijack this thread...
i think we should have a revision of the C/NC of the orginial "hey ya." i've always thought the song was awful and that andre 3000 is really overrated, but only now do i dare say so. i think a lot of people really lost their shit over that song, and i wanna hear some backpedalling.

I don't think "hey ya" is an awful song, but it just stands out more than it should due to the utter lack of competition on the "Pop Charts"...
It was only a matter of time before someone covered it. Hey, the Beatles covered and recorded songs that were only a year old.
So far the best use of "hey ya" was the "Charlie Brown Christmas" link.
